Where are we ?
We are present in every X-cite / Alghanim Electronics outlets excluding the Xpress stores. We have a dedicated counter at which we take care We take care of any technical problem related to that PC or Laptop or IT product that you buy.
What do we do?
- A dedicated counter to handle customer’s Complaint & Referrals related to IT products .
- Handles Software & Hardware (Software and primary trouble shooting) issues
- Provides the connectivity of any IT product with notebook etc (Printers, Mobiles, and Cameras).
- Helps customers with any technical query.
- Provides an immediate replacement to the customer, if there is a hardware problem provided the invoice date is not more than 2 days
- Refers the customers to Agency & Non-Agency Service providers in case the unit is eligible for warranty or repair and has invoice date has exceeded 1 week of purchase.
What does this service cost?
- All Services are free of Charge if the unit is purchased from any X-cite/ Alghanim Electronics store, and subject to standard warranty terms and exclusions like physical damage, etc. If you need to see the detailed list of warranty terms and conditions,
- We can arrange for the product to be picked up from you and delivered to the service point. Such pick up and drop service is charged @ KD 20/- per pick up and drop off.
