In addition to the standard manufacturer backed product warranty, We have an extended warranty scheme with extensive service support  to ensure that the products you  buy are covered for an additional period of 2 years.

Our service Policy

• All the agency products (Click here for list of agency brands) are repaired at our Service Center.
• You can buy extended warranty from our showooms when buying the product.
• No money is collected from a customer  who has given his product for repair under warranty.*
• Products with manufacturing defects are not repaired, they are replaced.
• Any repairs of products after the warranty period will be charged.

• We typically turn return products after servicing within 3 working days

• Non Agency products are not repaired at the Alghanim Electronics Service Center. Customers can approach the representative of the brand or supplier in Kuwait for the repair. Click here to check for  service center’s of  non agency products
